The following disclaimer is being provided as an agreement between the buyer and all entities who participated in the sale purchase, assembly and activities of this transactional process and EV PRO WORLD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and its participating entities if applicable.  EV PRO WORLD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY shall not in any form or fashion be held responsible in anyway without prejudice in consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating in the purchase, servicing, upgrading and usage of anything sold (parts / products included) and / or repaired / modified at Ev Pro World hereinafter the activity or sale process is finalized.

You also agree that you knowingly and willingly participated in said activity and being given the right to participate in same awareness that the activity possess a risk and you are responsible for accepting the risk. You have agreed to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you otherwise have to bring legal action against Ev Pro World for personal injury and / or property damage.

It is our intent to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available throughout the site and in our communications with you. Occasionally, information on EvPro.World may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and / or availability. EvPro.World reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to lack of availability, including after your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

 

EV PRO WORLD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY shall in no event be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damage of any kind from any cause arising out of the use or inability to use this site, including without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

 

EV PRO WORLD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (EvPro.world) may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the products and services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. EvPro.World may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the product and services without notice or liability.

 

EV PRO WORLD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

 

 

 

 

 

EV Pro World Terms of Service Agreement

 

Drop Off and Diagnostic Fee: Customers are subject to a $150 drop off and diagnostic fee upon bringing their electric vehicle (EV) to EV Pro World for evaluation and troubleshooting.

 

Labor Charges: Additional fees for labor may apply and will vary based on the complexity and extent of the required services. Customers will be informed of these charges before any work commences.

 

Storage Fee for Late Pick Up: A storage fee of $20 per day will be applied for vehicles left at EV Pro World beyond the agreed-upon pick-up date. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve their EV promptly. 

 

Ownership Release for Accumulated Late Fees: In the event that accumulated storage fees for late pick-up equal or exceed the fair market value of the customer's electric vehicle (EV), the customer hereby agrees to release ownership of the EV to EV Pro World. EV Pro World reserves the right to claim ownership and may take possession of the vehicle to recover the outstanding fees.

 

Blacklisting for No Shows: Customers who fail to appear for scheduled appointments or fail to reschedule at least 24 hours before original scheduled appointment without prior notice will be blacklisted, restricting their ability to schedule future appointments with EV Pro World.

 

Customer Right to Refuse Service: At EV Pro World, we value the autonomy of our customers. You have the unequivocal right to refuse any service offered by EV Pro World. Your consent is integral to our operations, and we respect your decisions regarding the repair, maintenance, or diagnostic services provided for your electric vehicle. Should you choose to decline any proposed services, our team will fully honor your decision, and no services will be performed without your explicit approval. We are committed to transparent communication and ensuring that you have control over the services conducted on your vehicle.

 

By engaging in services provided by EV Pro World, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. EV

Pro World reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion, with any changes communicated to
