EV PRO WORLD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY SHIPPING POLICY
If you receive a damaged shipped item, it must be reported to us as well as the shipping company within 2 days of delivery or pickup unused. All packages are insured so it is important that you file a claim with the shipping company within that 2 day period of the item being delivered or picked up as well as promptly notify us via our website's email address. Photos of the box, packaging, the item in its entirety, any and all noticeable damage (s) and all item contents that may have been included in the content's packaging must be provided. Once those steps have been taken, we can collaboratively work together to get the issue resolved. Please be mindful of our return policy as it applies.
