EV Pro World Shipping & Return Policy

At EV Pro World we take pride in ensuring we offer and sell quality items to all our valued customers. Products sold online are brand new; however, sometimes, accidents may occur during the shipping process. All products / merchandise shipped are insured. Therefore, if any products / merchandise is deemed defective or damaged, the customer has 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item to get the matter resolved or the customer will be issued a partial refund as there is a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. The customer is 100% responsible for the return shipping of the item ensuring that it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If the original product packaging is damaged, we will assess a fee up to $50. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer take photos of the box and / or shipping envelope prior to shipping. If all contents of original items are not included with the returned item, the cost of such items will also be deducted from the amount refunded at the cost of replacement to our company. It is encouraged, but at the discretion of the customer, to insure the package as EV Pro World will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise / products that do not arrive back to us.

If you, the customer, removed the tags, abused the use of the products, or destroyed the original packaging, we might be unable to accept the return, as EV Pro World reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange request, and the right to charge a restocking fee and other handling costs based on our sole and exclusive discretion. EV Pro World will charge additional fees for any accepted product returns which are found to be damaged upon receipt and inspection by EV Pro World. If any product / merchandise is purchased at the retail store front and you, the customer, decide you do not want the item or the product / merchandise is deemed defective in any way, you, the customer, will have 7 days from the date of purchase to return the item to either have it repaired or modified; or, you, the customer, have the option to receive a partial refund as there is a 25% restocking fee. However, the product / merchandise is eligible for return with normal ride wear and tear, which includes, a small amount of tread wear equal to no more than 50 miles of normal use, under typical usage patterns, as well as a minimal amount of wear on the breaks, and deck and no outlandish scratches. EV Pro World desires to keep the integrity of our products / merchandise that are purchased in our store; therefore, there will be an additional mileage fee charge of $1.00 per mile over 50 miles on all returned items.

Items purchased in and returned to our retail store location in the original unopened packaging are entitled to a refund minus the 25% restocking fee. Refunds are processed upon the receipt and inspection of the product / merchandise. You, the customer, will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within ten (10) business days of the refund being issued, depending on your bank. If there is a mechanical failure on any electric scooter, bike and / or moped, the customer is provided with a three month warranty. There is a labor fee of $100 per hour for any repairs and / or modifications; the cost of the parts are included in the warranty.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING PRODUCT / MERCHANDISE SHIPPING:

Unless the item is listed as a “pre-order,” and / or if an item is in high demand, orders are shipped 2 to 3 days after the date of purchase. Pre-orders and / or items in high demand, may take up to 30 to 60 days to be shipped after the date of purchase. EV Pro World is not liable or responsible for the timing of your item’s arrival after it has been purchased as some items are shipped in batches and / or an unfortunate circumstance or event may cause a delay in shipping. If you, the customer, decide to cancel your order due to any unforeseen occurrence in the shipping process after your order is purchased, you will only receive a partial refund as we will charge a 15% inconvenience fee for the cancellation of the order for a situation beyond our control.
